So, I went back to Internet Options, Advanced tab, and scolled down to Security/Phishing Filter, and checked Turn Off Automatic Website checking, and the video can up and ran for CNN.com. Hope this helps.

The same applies also to IE7 history: It works if H: is present and it is empty if H: is missing. 6. As H: could be any disk which is connected to USB (depending of sequens of connection) then also favorites are loaded from any media which are presently named H: So you seem to have found the answer to the question

So far I have accepted all the critical upgrades except IE7 because I had problems with it and did not like it. When I went though the windows upgrade screens I found that the upgrade it was telling me I needed was IE7. A little more background - IE7 does not actually depend on MSXML40 or MSXML60, it still depends on MSXML30 for things like data islands and MIMEViewer.
